Human Rights

Human Rights refer to the fundamental rights and freedoms that belong to every person, regardless of nationality, sex, ethnicity, language, religion, or any other status. They are inherent to all human beings, inalienable, and universal. Human rights encompass a range of protections, including the right to life, freedom of speech, freedom of religion, the right to privacy, and the right to receive a fair trial, among others. These rights are often enshrined in legal frameworks and international treaties, such as the Universal Declaration of Human Rights adopted by the United Nations in 1948. The concept of human rights is grounded in the belief that all individuals deserve to be treated with dignity and respect and that their rights should be protected from infringement by governments and other entities. The promotion and protection of human rights are critical for achieving social justice, equality, and peace within societies.
